Fusion Fighting Championship 19: Arthur Jakub Retains Title After Quick KO

Arthur fusion 19

Fusion Fighting Championship 19 on Saturday night at Epsom Racecourse saw some great fights take place.  It was a card packed with talent with a few to watch out for in the future.  Artur Jakubiak (6-2-0) fighting out of Masters MMA, the current Welterweight Champion, took on Liam Creighton (5-1-0) who fights out of Extreme Fighters.

With a fairly even record, both fighters entered the ring looking ready, although it must be said that Artur exuded confidence as he walked in with his team.

The Welterweight Title was on the line and both guys were hungry to get the fight going.

After touching gloves, Liam threw a kick with Artur following up with a one two combination which landed.  Liam went down and Artur wasted no time getting on top and finishing his opponent with some serious Ground and Pound.

It took just 26 seconds for Artur to win the fight by TKO and retain his belt.  Now with a record of 7-2-0 it seems there is no stopping the Champion, originally from Poland.

We will catch up with him next week for a post fight interview so watch this space.  And to watch mma action live, take a look at www.mmatv.co.uk and never miss a domestic uk or european fight again.
