Diego Barbosa is taking on John Spencer in his Professional Debut.  He is looking forward to Saturday saying ‘I will be doing what I love to do the most’ and he is extremely happy knowing he has all his friends there supporting him and lots of family around the world watching live on Pay Per View on MMA TV  (live coverage starts at 6.30pm on mma tv) Originally, Diego was going for his first title challenge but when he heard the news his response was:

‘I am very excited about this. When I heard the news I literally said “forget about the title and lets get that pro fight” and as soon as i heard the okay, tears came to my eyes and I started jumping. This is a new chapter in my life and I have never felt fitter and better in my life thanks to my coaches Ricardo da Silva, Theo Theodoulou and Aaron Blackwell at Nova Força. I can’t wait to get there and show everyone why I’m called The Barbarian’.

Fusion Fighting Championship 19 is this Saturday at Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surrey, KT185LQ.  Doors open at 5.30pm and the first fight is scheduled for 6.30pm.  A full fight card will follow.
